I. INTRODUCTION to Korean Doushan series

Doushan diesel generator set adopts Korean Doushan (Daewoo) engine. Doushan, South Korea, has a history of more than 100 years. Its products have always represented the development level of South Korea’s machinery industry. In 1958, it cooperated with Australia to produce ship engines. In 1975, it cooperated with German MAN company to launch a series of heavy-duty diesel engines. In 1990, it established Daewoo factory in Europe, Yantai company of Daewoo Heavy Industry in China in 1994 and Daewoo Heavy Industry Company in 1996. Doushan diesel engine is widely used in national defense, aviation, vehicles, ships, construction machinery and other fields. Power Range: 50-600KW. Doushan generator set is recognized by the world for its small volume, light weight, strong resistance to special load capacity, low noise, low economy and reliability, and its operation quality and exhaust emission meet the relevant national and international standards.

II. Characteristics of Korean Doushan generator set reasons for choosing Doushan:

1. Four-stroke, fan tank cooling.

2. Turbocharging, medium-cold air intake, low noise and excellent emission.

3. Stable and reliable performance, compact structure and high power.

4. The piston cooling system is adopted to realize the temperature control of the cylinder and combustion chamber, so that the engine runs more smoothly and the vibration is small.

5. The application of the latest injection technology and air compression technology has good combustion performance and low fuel consumption.

6. The adoption of replaceable cylinder bushing, valve seat ring and conduit improves the resistance of the engine.

7. Small volume, light weight, strong resistance to special load, economical and reliable, etc.

8. The supercharger uses the energy of exhaust gas to improve the energy utilization rate, thus improving the output power, reducing the fuel consumption rate, making the exhaust cleaner, reducing high-frequency noise and prolonging the service life.
